Women Infants and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Salem, IN, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission centers on providing essential resources including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals for healthcare services. In light of the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, WIC remains committed to serving our community with modified services to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.
