Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Salem, IN, is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program ensures that clients receive nutritionally balanced meals, carefully designed by a Registered Dietitian to support general health and address specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize dietary needs by offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those enrolled in Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery eligibility may vary by state and individual program, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check their plan for meal coverage as part of their support programs. N4L also welcomes self-pay individuals, allowing full choice of meals for just $7.75 each, complemented by a flat rate shipping fee. In addition, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to promote overall well-being.
