Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center located in Salem, IN, committed to ensuring that all residents have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their financial situation. Our mission reflects our belief in treating each person with the same care and compassion we would desire for our own families. FHC provides free and low-cost health classes aimed at empowering individuals and families with vital information, resources, and support to enhance their health and prevent diseases. Our diverse offerings include Healthy Living programs such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, yoga, weight loss, and diabetes and chronic disease management. Additionally, we offer Pregnancy and Parenting classes focused on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety, along with support groups tailored for refugees. Most of our classes are accessible to the public, fostering a welcoming environment for all seeking to improve their health and well-being.
