Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center located in Salem, IN, committed to ensuring that all residents have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to offer the compassionate care and attention that we would want for our own families, fostering a healing environment for everyone. We proudly provide free and low-cost health classes designed to equip individuals and families with vital information and support for improving health and preventing disease. Our diverse range of programs includes Healthy Living initiatives like Freedom From Smoking, Aerobics, Yoga, Weight Loss, and Diabetes Management, as well as Pregnancy and Parenting classes that cover healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety.
