Home Delivered Meals

Located in Saint John, IN, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer nutritious and medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the unique dietary needs of clients with various medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and suitability for all our clients. We provide services to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, as well as individuals participating in the Older Americans Act. For those not covered by these programs, our affordable self-pay option is available at just $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to choose every meal and delivery. At N4L, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
