Nutrition Education Program

The Nutrition Education Program in Rochester, IN, offered by Purdue University, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to enhance their nutritional knowledge and practices. Our program provides direct nutrition education, although we currently lack a dedicated advisor in Dubois County, ensuring that residents can still access vital information to improve their health. Through our Community Wellness Coordinators, we focus on fostering comprehensive policy, systemic, and environmental changes that promote better nutrition and health within the community. We invite everyone in the area to engage with us and take advantage of the resources available to help build healthier lifestyles through informed nutritional choices.
