Located in Rochester, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals facing dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources tailored to their needs. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to vital offerings such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to support those with swallowing difficulties. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every individual can receive the necessary support to manage their condition and maintain their dignity while accessing emergency food and related resources.
