Home Delivered Meals, located in Princeton, IN, is dedicated to providing essential nutrition through our Home Delivered Meal and Medically Tailored Meal programs. We cater to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act, as well as offering self-pay options for those who need it. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by Registered Dietitians to support overall health and well-being, addressing 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, with dietary restrictions including dairy-free, gluten-free, and pork-free options. If you're a Medicaid or Older Americans Act recipient, eligibility for our services varies by state, and we encourage you to consult your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, it's important to check with your plan regarding meal benefits, as we currently participate in PPO plans only. Additionally, our self-pay program allows individuals to select their meals and enjoy the convenience of delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, plus a flat shipping fee. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to enhance your health journey.
