Patient Aid Program

Located in Plymouth, Indiana, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to easing the financial burdens faced by individuals undergoing treatment by offering a one-time $100 stipend to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. We understand the challenges that come with health issues, and our mission is to provide timely emergency payments to alleviate some of the stress associated with everyday costs. While the continuation of our program is dependent on available funding, we remain committed to supporting those in need.
