Food Bank

Located in Plymouth, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals affected by dysphagia. We provide essential food assistance through specialized thickeners and pre-modified foods tailored to meet dietary needs, as well as therapeutic tools and oral care supplies that enhance quality of life. Our mission is to ensure that those facing challenges with swallowing have access to the adaptive equipment and resources necessary to maintain nutrition and health.
