The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Plymouth, IN, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to become effective advocates for a just, sustainable food system. Our program emphasizes the importance of social, environmental, and economic justice in agriculture, ensuring that education is accessible by eliminating tuition fees. Over a six-month period, selected Fellows engage in hands-on learning experiences at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they grow diverse crops, implement innovative health education, and support local farmers' markets. Following this immersive training, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to promote food literacy, maintain community gardens, and develop channels for healthy food access. We invite passionate individuals eager to make a meaningful impact to apply by March of the application year, with experiences running from May to October.
