We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to serve individuals with specific dietary needs, addressing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are prepared without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork, ensuring they cater to a wide array of dietary restrictions. We offer meal delivery options for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as a self-pay program for those not covered by these plans, making our nutritious meals accessible for everyone. At just $7.75 per meal, individuals or their caregivers can select each meal and delivery, empowering them to maintain healthy eating habits in the comfort of their homes.
