Financial Assistance Funds

Located in Peru, Indiana, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial assistance. Our program covers a broad range of needs, including medical expenses for prescriptions, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs such as home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily essentials. We also assist with healthcare utilization costs like travel and lodging for medical appointments. With grants of up to $500 per family per year, we are committed to helping families navigate the financial challenges associated with their care. Requests are reviewed promptly, and while we aim to respond within 15 business days, we prioritize each application in the order received. We are here to ease the burden of financial strain and ensure that families have access to the support they need.
