At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Pendleton, IN, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully designed by Registered Dietitians to support the health and well-being of clients facing 36 medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options vary by state and program, and we encourage clients to consult their Case Manager for details. We also cater to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries through select PPO plans and offer a self-pay program for those who wish to have the convenience of home-delivered nutritious meals at a flat rate of just $7.75 per meal. In addition to meal delivery, Nutrition for Longevity provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring that our community receives comprehensive nutritional support tailored to their specific needs.
