MOVE! Weight Management Program in Osceola, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by offering a comprehensive approach to weight management and obesity prevention. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored weight management services that meet individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing significant challenges.
