Located in North Vernon, IN, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of eligible individuals through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Specifically designed for clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and the Older Americans Act, as well as self-pay individuals seeking nutritious options, our meals are crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support optimal health. Each menu is tailored to meet the unique dietary needs associated with various medical conditions, ensuring that our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We proudly serve Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, helping clients access vital food assistance based on their eligibility and guidance from their Case Managers. For those with Medicare Advantage, we provide meal options through selected plans, and our affordable self-pay program offers the convenience of home delivery for just $7.75 per meal. At N4L, we believe in the power of nutrition as a cornerstone for longevity and well-being, and we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our clients' health journeys.
