MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Noblesville, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of support mechanisms, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows in-home messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app, along with additional options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced ongoing challenges with weight management. Services may differ by facility, so we encourage interested Veterans to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward healthier living.
