MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in New Haven, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that individuals are connected with tailored weight management options that address their unique needs. We offer a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, and for those who continue to face challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To participate in MOVE!, Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to get started on their journey to better health.
