The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in New Haven, IN, is dedicated to empowering the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. We provide a comprehensive, no-cost program that combines immersive training and community engagement, allowing Fellows to immerse themselves in organic food system education. During their six-month experiential study at the Allegheny Farm Campus, participants will learn hands-on skills in growing and distributing diversified crops, implementing educational health care initiatives, maintaining community gardens, and integrating food and ecological literacy into schooling. Our mission is to support fresh food access and engage in transformative community food coalition activities, all while nurturing the leaders who will mentor future Fellows. Interested candidates should apply by March to embark on this impactful journey from May to October, taking significant strides towards social, environmental, and economic justice in the food system.
