Our helpline offers immediate assistance, while our 1:1 Peer Support Chat connects individuals with trained facilitators for personalized, goal-oriented support over various timeframes. We facilitate Peer Support Groups that foster community connection through activities, meditation, relaxation exercises, and educational resources, all designed to enhance mental well-being and facilitate open conversations about mental health with family and friends. Our outreach also includes innovative programs like the Step Up Training Peer Circle, offering scholarships for Google Career Certificates and adult learning opportunities through peer mentorship.
