Located in Munster, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission centers around ensuring that everyone has access to safe and nutritious options, which includes a selection of food thickeners, pre-modified foods, as well as vital therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We are committed to supporting individuals in our community by offering resources that enhance their quality of life and ensure their dietary needs are met.
