Our meals are expertly crafted by Registered Dietitians to address the specific dietary needs of clients facing various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Committed to health, our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe dining experience for all. For those enrolled in Medicaid or Older Americans Act programs, meal delivery eligibility may vary, so we encourage clients to consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Our self-pay program offers convenience for individuals and caregivers at only $7.75 per meal, providing the freedom to choose every meal and delivery. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health needs. We are here to ensure that every client receives the nutrition they deserve.
