We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, catering to the unique dietary needs of clients with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they meet stringent health requirements. N4L serves those who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and Older Americans Act programs. For those without health coverage, we also offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing flexibility and choice in meal selection. Our commitment extends beyond meal delivery, as we also facilitate Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling.
