Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Merrillville, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors with chronic care needs by delivering a comprehensive range of medical and supportive services tailored to help them maintain their independence at home.
