Our support is tailored to meet each patient's unique circumstances, ensuring that help is delivered promptly and compassionately. Applications for assistance must be submitted by the patient's social worker, and all requests are evaluated case by case based on available funding. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burdens faced by kidney patients, allowing them to focus on their health and well-being during difficult times.
