At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Madison, IN, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritious, medically tailored meals for individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, meticulously crafted by Registered Dietitians, cater to diverse health conditions, ensuring that clients receive appropriate nutrition to support overall health. We prioritize dietary restrictions, providing meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who may not qualify for assistance, our self-pay program allows individuals and their caregivers to select meals directly, with each meal priced affordably at $7.75, plus a flat rate shipping fee. We encourage clients to reach out to their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging for assistance with eligibility and benefits. Our commitment extends beyond meal delivery as we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping foster a healthier community, one meal at a time.
