Located in Madison, IN, the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana is dedicated to providing crucial emergency financial assistance to kidney patients in desperate need. Our mission is to support individuals who have exhausted all other options with essential services including food assistance, transportation, utilities, medication, and housing. We understand the urgent challenges faced by patients, and our compassionate team works closely with social workers to ensure that applications are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on available funding. We are here to stand by our kidney community in their time of need, offering hope and relief when it matters most.
