Our Family Support team is here to offer reliable information and compassionate assistance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring that families feel equipped and informed. We provide a range of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance on navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
