Nutrition Education Program

In Kokomo, IN, the Nutrition Education Program, offered by Purdue University, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to enhance their nutritional knowledge and practices through comprehensive education. Our program provides direct nutrition education, fostering a better understanding of healthy eating habits, although we currently lack a Nutrition Education Program Advisor in Dubois County. Additionally, our Community Wellness Coordinators work tirelessly to implement important policy, system, and environmental changes that promote wellness and accessibility to nutritious foods. We are committed to supporting our community in achieving a healthier lifestyle through informed choices.
