Family Support, based in Kokomo, IN, is dedicated to empowering individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families through essential resources and compassionate guidance. Our Family Support team offers accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We focus on delivering vital services such as parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, and behavior management support, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We also assist families with navigating complex systems, including applications and appeals for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
