Our free classes cover essential topics including pregnancy preparation for feeding, postpartum baby feeding, pumping techniques, and partner involvement. We believe in making access to breastfeeding and baby feeding services easy and affordable, as most insurance plans cover our lactation support, breast pumping guidance, and formula feeding assistance at no cost to you. For those without insurance or whose plans don’t cover our services, we are proud to provide complimentary baby feeding education classes.
