Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to seniors aged 60 and older in Huntington, IN, who face challenges in their daily activities. Our compassionate program delivers nutritious meals directly to your doorstep, offering either five or seven frozen meals each week, along with milk. For those with specific dietary needs, including diabetes, we provide diabetic meals upon request. Each participant undergoes a Nutrition Assessment conducted by our caring staff to ensure that we meet individual nutritional needs effectively.
