Financial Assistance Funds

Based in Huntington, Indiana, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial assistance. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of medical and non-medical expenses related to their care. We offer grants to cover a range of costs, including medical bills, prescriptions, and durable medical equipment, as well as necessary home and vehicle modifications. In addition, we assist with healthcare utilization expenses, such as travel to medical facilities and lodging for families during treatment. We understand the challenges of daily living, which is why we also provide support for basic needs such as food, utilities, and transportation. Each family can receive up to $500 per year, with requests being processed in the order they are received. We believe in a compassionate review process, ensuring that each request is considered thoughtfully to provide timely support.
