Patient Aid Program

The Patient Aid Program, located in Hobart, IN, is dedicated to alleviating the financial burden faced by patients by offering a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide urgent financial support to those in need, ensuring they can focus on their health without added worries.
