Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Highland, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors with chronic care needs by providing comprehensive medical and supportive services that allow them to maintain their independence at home for as long as possible. Our services encompass a full spectrum of support including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, medical care, in-home care, therapies, meals, dental and vision care, as well as transportation to ensure holistic well-being. While enrollment is for those needing nursing home care, it's important to note that only seven percent of our participants nationally reside in such facilities, as we prioritize in-home care and continuous coordination of care for our participants. PACE is committed to delivering quality care that adapts to each individual's needs, supported through reimbursements from Medicare and Medicaid for eligible seniors.
