We also provide developmental and behavioral assessments, nutrition services, and STD testing. To ensure you receive the appropriate support, we assess eligibility for our sliding fee scale and various assistance programs during your initial intake appointment. To prepare for your visit, please bring the necessary documents, including a photo ID, social security number, and any relevant insurance information. We proudly accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer translation services for in-person and phone appointments to accommodate all our patients, including Spanish speakers and the hearing impaired.
