Karen Ebner

Karen Ebner is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to guiding clients through their unique life journeys. With a Master of Social Work from Indiana University, Karen understands that past experiences shape who individuals are today. She recognizes that while some experiences bring joy, others may lead to heartbreak, creating twists and turns in one's life narrative. Her extensive experience spans settings where she has worked closely with teens, focusing on women's mental health, anxiety, depression, and the complexities of relationship issues and trauma. As a military spouse, Karen's unique perspective informs her effective treatment of service members and their families. She employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others, to empower her clients with the tools they need to regain control and fulfillment in their lives.
