Heather Davis

Heather Davis is a dedicated and compassionate counselor with credentials as an LMHC and ATR-BC. Her practice is centered around creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, allowing clients to navigate their unique challenges. Known for her expertise in trauma processing, stress and anxiety reduction, and identity exploration, Heather has a strong background in community mental health alongside nine years of military service. She understands the complex barriers that individuals may face, whether internal or external, behavioral, mental or emotional. Recognizing that each person is unique, she skillfully tailors her therapeutic approaches, integrating techniques from her extensive training in art therapy, EMDR, and complex trauma therapy. Heather believes in the power of art to transcend verbal communication and in EMDR's ability to repair neural networks. For those who simply wish to talk, she is open to that too. A foundational belief guiding her work is that each individual possesses the capacity to reach their full potential; her role is to provide support, tools, and encouragement on that journey. Heather is honored to be a part of her clients' paths toward empowerment and hope.
