Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Greenwood, IN, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and supportive services to seniors with chronic care needs, allowing them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our holistic approach encompasses a wide range of services including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, in-home care, medical and dental care, vision care, therapies, meals, and transportation. While participants must be certified for nursing home care to join PACE, only a small fraction resides in nursing facilities. If nursing home care becomes necessary, PACE continues to manage and finance the care, ensuring seamless support for our participants. By offering a complete continuum of care, we prioritize the well-being and dignity of seniors, helping them maintain their quality of life in a familiar environment.
