MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Greenwood, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to effectively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity while guiding them towards personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. Featuring a range of options such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, we also offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, our program provides access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring various MOVE! options.
