At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Granger, IN, we are dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We offer nutritious meal options designed by Registered Dietitians, tailored to meet the dietary needs of individuals facing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safe and healthy nutritional choices. We assist clients who are eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking self-pay options. Our affordable meals, starting at only $7.75 each, provide the convenience of home delivery, allowing clients to select their preferred meals. For those who may not be aware of their eligibility, we encourage contacting a Case Manager or local agency for guidance. In addition to our meal services, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
