Located in Granger, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to individuals experiencing dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering essential resources, including thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
