Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

At the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Franklin, IN, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors with chronic care needs by providing an extensive range of medical and supportive services. Our mission is to empower seniors to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care, including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, therapeutic services, meals, medical, dental, and vision care, in-home assistance, hospital and nursing home care, as well as transportation services. While all participants are certified for nursing home care, only about seven percent nationally reside in a nursing home, as we prioritize home-based care. With PACE, our participants receive seamless coordination of care throughout their healthcare journey, supported by reimbursements through Medicare and Medicaid for eligible individuals. We are here to ensure that seniors receive the compassionate and practical care they deserve.
