Food Bank

Located in Franklin, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance tailored to their needs. Our program offers a variety of critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
