Located in Franklin, IN, the Emergency Fund provides crucial financial assistance to kidney patients facing urgent needs. We understand the challenges that arise when patients have exhausted all other options, which is why we offer comprehensive support including assistance with food, transportation, utilities, medication, and housing. Our mission is to ensure that every kidney patient receives compassionate care and the help they require to navigate difficult times. Applications for emergency financial assistance must be submitted by a patient’s social worker, who will work with us to assess each request on a case-by-case basis depending on available funding. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community by addressing the immediate needs of those we serve.
