Located in Frankfort, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance tailored for individuals with dysphagia. We strive to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by providing a range of vital services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapeutic tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties have access to the resources they need to lead healthier, more comfortable lives.
