Located in Fort Wayne, IN, Home Delivered Meals provides essential food assistance to individuals aged 60 and older who face challenges with daily activities. Our program offers the convenience of five or seven nutritious frozen meals each week, including milk, tailored specifically to support dietary restrictions, such as diabetic needs, upon request. We prioritize the health and wellness of our seniors by conducting a Nutrition Assessment to assess eligibility for our home-delivered meal service, ensuring that every participant receives the support they require with care and attention.
