Community Living Services, located in Fishers, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through a comprehensive range of in-home and community-based activities. Our mission is to empower clients by offering essential support in daily living tasks, budgeting, meal preparation, personal care, and health and wellness training. We prioritize safety and access to the community, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need to live independently and fulfill their potential. Funded through Indiana’s Home and Community Based Services Waivers, including CIH, Family Support, or A&D Waivers, we are here to provide compassionate care and practical resources to those we serve.
