Food Bank

Located in Elkhart, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by offering vital resources tailored to their unique dietary needs. We provide essential food assistance, including thickeners and pre-modified foods, as well as therapeutic tools and oral care supplies to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the appropriate nutrition and care. Our mission is to empower low-income individuals facing swallowing difficulties by equipping them with adaptive equipment and resources that help improve their quality of life.
