Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in East Chicago, IN, is dedicated to supporting seniors with chronic care needs by offering a comprehensive range of medical and supportive services that prioritize independence and comfort in their own homes. Our program provides essential services such as adult daycare, nutrition counseling, various therapies, medical care, dental and vision care, in-home support, hospital and nursing home care, and transportation assistance. While all participants must be certified as needing nursing home care, only about seven percent of our enrollees reside in nursing facilities. PACE not only covers nursing home costs when necessary, but also ensures seamless coordination of care across different settings, funded through Medicare and Medicaid programs for qualified individuals.
